Meet Drs. Frank and Judith Spaeth
Dr. Frank W. Spaeth received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology from the University of New Hampshire, his Master of Education degree in Learning Disabilities and Vocational Rehabilitation from Memphis State University, and his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry.
Dr. Spaeth is one of the few eye care practitioners to have had refractive surgery. He likes sports cars (especially Italian and British autos); he enjoys tennis, golf and skiing. Dr. Spaeth lives in Burlington, NC with his wife Judith, who is also a Doctor of Optometry. Dr. Judith U. Spaeth was born in Pittsburg, PA. She received her B.S. degree from Pennsylvania State University and her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Judy Spaeth currently serves on the board of Friendship Center, an adult day care facility in Alamance County. When she is not busy with her practice, she enjoys tennis, cooking and traveling.
Drs. Frank and Judy Spaeth provide optometric care, contact lens fitting and co-management of cataract and refractive surgery patients. They are certified in the use of diagnostic and therapeutic agents for the purpose of identifying and treating ocular disease. They are both members of the American Optometric Association, the N.C. State Optometric Society and the Triad Optometric Society.
